We are looking for a Senior Monitoring and Observability Analyst \- On-site \- South Zone Region \- SP to join our team. **Qualifications** ----------------- * Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, and others. * Knowledge of application monitoring, with emphasis on dashboard and alert creation. * Familiarity with APM and transaction tracing. * Understanding of logs, metrics, and traces. * Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes). * Ability to collaborate with technical teams to ensure observability solution efficiency. **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------------ * Monitor applications and infrastructure. * Create simple dashboards and alerts to ensure visibility and rapid incident response. * Support the configuration and maintenance of monitoring tools. * Participate in the collection, organization, and analysis of observability data. * Assist in implementing transaction tracing and APM (Application Performance Monitoring) practices.
