Description: What are we looking for? A Business Analyst with strong experience in commercial back-office operations, knowledge of SAP, and an analytical profile to work in partnership with the sales team and support the company's commercial intelligence. Main responsibilities: Generate and provide information by preparing reports and monitoring commercial indicators, goal dashboards, and forecasts; Actively participate in meetings with the commercial team; Analyze competitors’ strategies and activities and assist in developing sales forecasts and market trend reports, providing management with data to support decision-making; Assist in updating and refining commercial methodologies for the market and its various stakeholders, based on the company’s business intelligence; Provide support and assistance for other sales-related activities and customer interactions, such as phone calls or emails; Support the development of proposals for medium-complexity projects; Analyze business results based on implemented initiatives; Consolidate metrics, optimize information and reporting, and analyze opportunities for improvement across various services and initiatives; Deliver recurring operational and strategic presentations; Support budget development and assist the sales team in clarifying questions regarding services; Serve as the technical reference for the commercial team. Requirements: Solid experience in commercial back-office operations; Knowledge of SAP; Intermediate to fluent English (comprehension and communication skills to support international processes). Preferred qualifications: Analytical mindset and proficiency in Power BI; Experience preparing management reports; Knowledge of International Trade.
