Track orders and keep customers informed regarding inquiries and updates. Update the Management System. Schedule order delivery and installation with the customer. Manage and monitor installations digitally via photos and messaging apps. Generate Technical Assistance Requests and close installer commission payments. Resolve, delegate, and hold the team accountable for solving customer issues or conflicts. Propose and coordinate improvements for the logistics department to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
