**Responsibilities and Duties**
Senior designer acting as the visual guardian of brands within the CRM squad. Ensures aesthetic quality, consistency, and correct application of brand guidelines across all assets, channels, and derivatives. Reviews, refines, and elevates deliverables with meticulous attention to detail, clarity, and visual coherence throughout the funnel. Proactively suggests visual enhancements, layout improvements, hierarchy adjustments, and graphic language refinements to make communications more effective and contemporary—without compromising brand essence. Works closely with copywriters, strategists, and CRM specialists to translate strategic direction into clear, replicable, and scalable visual solutions.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Daily tools: Figma as the primary working tool; Photoshop and Illustrator for adjustments and derivatives; After Effects when required; presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint; performance report analysis; and use of squad management tools.
