




**Activities:** Analyze high-complexity bug and improvement tickets received through internal systems, assessing impacts and estimating development time to detail requirements for the development team; Understand requirements with the requester and open tickets in the internal system when necessary; Develop high-complexity systems and applications using the company's programming language, adapting them to departmental and customer needs; Validate proposed solutions and code developed by the team according to ticket descriptions; perform commits according to specifications; Perform deployment of systems and database updates into production environments; Document development processes and workflows to guide the team and improve understanding; Monitor task progress and clarify team questions as needed; Create technical and product training materials for the team and deliver training sessions as required; Evaluate third-party vendor tools when necessary to verify system compatibility; Squad Leader – Respond to critical issues and potential delivery delays in a timely manner to mitigate problems before deadlines; understand technical challenges and team needs within the project scope and propose improvements and action plans.
