With this foundation, we’ll provide full support and training to help you become a Delphi expert. **What We Expect From You:** As a Mid-Level Developer, you’ll play an essential role in building and evolving our products. Your main responsibilities will include: * Developing medium- and high-complexity features, always focusing on performance, quality, and scalability; * Writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code to ensure the sustainability of our systems; * Actively working with REST and SOAP APIs, both for consumption and development; * Identifying and efficiently resolving bugs to ensure the stability of our solutions; * Clearly documenting implemented features to facilitate understanding and collaboration; * Actively contributing suggestions for low- and medium-complexity improvements to our products and processes; * Supporting other areas—such as Business and Support—with technical clarifications, serving as a reference point; * Participating in technical feasibility analysis for new enhancements; * Accurately interpreting requirement documentation in User Story format; * Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices; * Collaborating closely with analysts and QA to understand and refine requirements. **Ready for the challenge?
