




Description: You will need to have: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Experience as an Occupational Safety Manager; * Availability for travel; * National Driver's License (Category B). The following will be considered a differential: * Knowledge of Labor and Social Security legislation applicable to occupational safety and health, and in Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (e.g., ISO 45001\); * Develop, implement and monitor Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies and procedures, ensuring their effectiveness and updating according to current legislation; * Coordinate accident prevention programs, including training, awareness campaigns and internal audits, aiming at incident reduction and continuous improvement of processes; * Conduct risk assessments and periodic inspections of company facilities, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective and preventive measures; * Supervise the selection, acquisition and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards; * Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and proposing actions to prevent recurrence; * Coordinate the Internal Accident and Harassment Prevention Committee (CIPAA), providing technical support and promoting active member participation; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other relevant legislation, maintaining legal compliance; * Develop and manage OSH performance indicators, analyzing data and proposing improvements in safety processes; * Advise management/directors by developing specific studies (legislation related to occupational health and safety) and providing information on matters related to the area and its indicators; * Develop and implement administrative and technological improvements in processes focused on risk management, behavioral safety and accident reduction; * Manage the regulatory framework (technical and regulatory standards) applied to occupational safety; * Engage with governmental and non-governmental institutions on matters related to occupational health and safety; * Plan, specify and monitor activities and resources involved in a project; * Prepare and manage the operating and investment budget related to Occupational Safety, ensuring its execution as planned; * Conduct safety process audits within the business unit; * Deliver training derived from corporate processes aimed at preparing and implementing new procedures. 2510220202531824016
