THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** CUSTODIAN
**HIRING METHOD:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be informed by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**JOB SUMMARY:** Oversees cleaning, security, maintenance, and operation of facilities and common areas. Ensures order and safety on-site, supervises third-party service providers, and may perform minor maintenance tasks.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**
**NOTE:** DOCUMENTATION PROVING THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**EDUCATION:**
COMPLETED ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (OR HIGHER EDUCATION LEVEL)
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Declaration of course completion, accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**EXPERIENCE:**
PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN OVERSEEING AND SUPPORTING BUILDING MAINTENANCE ROUTINES, GENERAL SERVICES, THIRD-PARTY SERVICE CONTROL, PHYSICAL STRUCTURE INSPECTIONS, AND SUPPORTING OPERATIONAL UNIT FUNCTIONING.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service rendered, and detailed description of duties performed;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, explicitly linking the registered role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology directly related to the requirements of this Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the registered position alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Use of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Basic hygiene and health concepts; workplace organization and cleanliness. Safety concepts: Occupational accident prevention. Identification and use of tools and instruments related to job functions. Quality customer service. Workplace etiquette. Ethics. Maintenance and preservation of electrical and hydraulic installation equipment. Autonomous Social Services. General knowledge inherent to the position.
