




Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Production, Arts, Communication, Museology, History, Pedagogy, Cultural Management, or related fields. * Experience in planning and implementing cultural and educational programming and activities, including designing pedagogical itineraries and updating pedagogical proposals. * Knowledge of functional supervision and training of mediators. * Experience in cultural production and event logistics. * Ability to develop projects aimed at resource acquisition. * Capacity to structure and apply monitoring and evaluation tools. * Basic budgetary management knowledge: cost control per activity, simple quotations, comparative analyses, and payment tracking in coordination with the administrative/financial department. * Experience in planning and leading qualified cultural mediation activities. * Ability to establish and coordinate partnerships (schools, collectives, civil society organizations, government secretariats). * Capacity to train and guide monitors/mediators. Desirable qualifications: * Specialization or technical courses in cultural management, project development, incentive laws, event production, team leadership, or related areas. * Intermediate English and/or Spanish. * Execute and support cultural and educational programming, ensuring implementation according to schedule through checklist coordination, preparation of spaces and materials, assistance with installations and dismantling, and conducting mediations using validated scripts, to ensure fluidity and safety. * Record and organize data and evidence, maintaining updated databases by designing forms, entering information into ticketing and visitor relationship management systems, and archiving photos, attendance lists, and fiscal documents, to support accountability reporting and work plan indicators. * Support logistics and suppliers, ensuring availability of supplies and services by issuing and monitoring service orders, verifying deliveries, and assisting with artist accreditation and movement, to prevent delays and rework. * Contribute to incentive-based projects, ensuring documentary compliance by selecting and organizing documents and completing federal, state, and municipal incentive law platforms, to expedite registration and implementation. * Provide support to facility teams, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives by communicating pending issues and updating schedules and bulletin boards, to maintain service continuity. * Position located in the municipality of Piacatuba (MG). 251221020255777700
