




Job Summary: Supervise construction projects to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, scope, quality, and safety; manage teams and production controls. Key Highlights: 1. Control scope changes and manage inventory. **\*IMPORTANT \- Travel Availability** Supervise construction projects according to the plan to ensure execution within the agreed timeline, compliance with budget, scope, quality, and personnel safety, targeting zero accidents; Participate in team structuring processes, jointly selecting direct and indirect teams with the Human Resources department; Delegate tasks to teams and monitor progress using production, safety, and quality indicators and controls; Conduct meetings, issue minutes (ATA), and obtain validation from clients and internal departments to ensure planned activities are executed as scheduled; Control scope change requests arising from client demands or unforeseen circumstances outside the contracted scope; Manage on-site warehouse inventory by tracking materials dispatched, installed, and returned to Logistics; Develop action plans with the construction team to address deviations in schedule, SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment), and quality requirements; Participate in safety activities with clients and guide the team to meet project timelines, costs, and objectives; Prepare descriptive specifications for procurement of services, equipment, and materials; Ensure preparation, updating, and approval of RDO (Daily Report of Operations), implement visual management at sites, comply with SSMA campaigns (site and accommodations), and update schedules; Prepare measurement reports and obtain client approval within defined timelines and procedures; Perform formal handover of the completed project, supported by a handover report and formal client approval; **Requirements:** Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering; Desirable: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management; Desirable: Minimum 5 years of experience in multidisciplinary construction projects within medium- and large-scale industrial facilities.
