




**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Experience in leadership roles in medium to large healthcare institutions. * Knowledge of Labor Legislation, Regulatory Standards, Public Health Policies, HR indicators analysis, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, organizational climate, among others. * Proficiency in Office software suite. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Collective Health, or related areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate People Management actions aligned with the hospital's strategic planning. * Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, supporting decision-making based on people metrics. * Promote initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, climate, and employee engagement. * Lead, develop, and evaluate the People Management team, fostering a collaborative and ethical environment. * Organize the department structure according to the institution's growth. * Ensure effective processes for recruitment, selection, training, personnel administration, and SESMT. * Guarantee compliance with legislation, internal regulations, and institutional policies.
