Job Summary: Responsible for the full management of materials, from purchase order issuance and receipt to warehouse organization and inventory control on construction sites, including machinery, tools, and equipment. Preparation of inventory reports **Job Mission:** Responsible for issuing purchase orders, controlling, receiving, inspecting, and storing all materials used on construction sites, including machinery, tools, and equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect materials delivered to construction sites; * Distribute materials for site use via internal material requisition forms; * Create inventory control cards for each received item, based on suppliers' invoices and/or transfers, accurately recording quantities in appropriate fields: incoming, outgoing, and balance, as applicable; * Complete and classify invoices; * Prepare monthly reports on material inventory status in the warehouse; * Inform the site engineer about materials required in the weekly procurement schedule; * Control material distribution using material delivery forms; * Organize and maintain the construction site warehouse in condition for inventory verification and stocktaking; * Provide data to supplement the construction site diary; * Be responsible for controlling fixed assets on site and completing all related forms. **Required:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Excel; **Preferred:** Experience with SAP system
