




Job Summary: IT Support Analyst responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, diagnosis, installation, configuration, maintenance, and support for networks and information security. Support in network administration and information security Position: IT Support Analyst Responsibilities * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remote) * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals * Support LAN/Wi-Fi network administration * Open, track, and close service tickets * Support IT asset management (inventory, asset tracking) * Support backup and information security routines * Document technical procedures and solutions Technical Requirements * Proficiency in Windows 10/11 * Basic hardware knowledge (assembly, component replacement, diagnosis) * Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) * Experience in user support * Proficiency in Office / LibreOffice suite * Familiarity with printers and scanners * Remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer or similar) * Basic knowledge of information security Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.450,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
