We seek someone skilled in communication and digital marketing, and proficient in using technological tools efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: * Serve customers in-person and online, guiding the entire sales process; * Manage the company's social media accounts (posts, stories, and interactions); * Create content and record videos about available vehicles; * List and update car advertisements on online sales platforms; * Follow up on post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction; * Perform administrative tasks and create spreadsheet-based controls. Required Qualifications: * Write correctly, paying attention to accents and punctuation; * Proficiency and agility in using computers, including social media and administrative tools; * Valid driver's license (Category B); * Willingness to learn and grow in the role; * Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in sales or related fields; * Knowledge of Excel, ChatGPT, and other digital tools.
