Job Summary: Assists the driver in product verification and handling, ensuring efficient delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Daily support in product verification and loading 2. Direct interaction with customers at the point of sale 3. Management of delivery closure and collection of payments ü Assist the route driver daily in verifying loaded products for truck release; ü Load and unload the vehicle whenever necessary; ü Guide the driver in situations involving hazardous maneuvering or driving; ü Greet and identify\-yourself to the point-of-sale (POS) representative upon delivery to foster customer loyalty and promote a positive company image; ü Present the invoice to the customer before unloading begins, specifying product quantities and varieties, total invoice value, and payment method; ü Correctly separate containers to be loaded, ensuring that returned bottles with damaged necks and other rejected assets are not brought back to the distributor; ü Verify unloaded products together with the customer and carry them to the location designated by the customer within the establishment, arranging them neatly; ü Close the delivery by collecting payment amounts or obtaining the customer's signature on the invoice stubs, bank slips, and loan agreement forms; Adhere to the company's code of conduct and all applicable procedures.
