Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for strict access control, movement monitoring, handling calls and requests, and conducting security patrols to ensure order and safety in the environment. Key Highlights: 1. Access control, monitoring, and service delivery in a dynamic environment. 2. Responsibility for workplace safety and organization. 3. Interaction with internal and external customers in a courteous and agile manner. * Strictly control vehicle, personnel, and material entry and exit, accurately recording all information to ensure security and control; * Receive and direct visitors, providing information about the premises and notifying responsible personnel for reception; * Monitor the movement of materials, products, or equipment, verifying compliance with company regulations; * Observe movement across departments and report any anomalies, taking necessary actions according to established procedures; * Handle calls and requests, especially after business hours (after 5:00 PM); * Conduct security patrols every 30 minutes on weekdays, and continuously for 24 hours during weekends and holidays; * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness, maintaining facility upkeep; * Provide courteous and agile service to internal and external customers, consistently demonstrating courtesy and attentiveness; * Control goods flow, recording product and material entry and exit; * Monitor electrical systems and water and boiler conditions outside production and office working hours, ensuring proper operation and safety; * Switch off lighting panels as needed to maintain safety and energy efficiency; * Complete reports on incidents, tasks performed, and important observations during the shift.
