**Responsibilities and Assignments**
* Review, optimize, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Technical Instructions within Help Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Monitoring, People Management, Process Management, and Metrics & KPIs.
* Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures and deliver technical instruction training related to Help Desk, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
* Develop consolidated presentations and reports for the NOC.
* Evaluate demand pricing and manage demands in Azure DevOps.
* Lead and align Change Management activities within the NOC.
* Participate in strategic planning for structuring the monitoring team.
* Review all misconfigured alerts with low accuracy impacting the NOC.
* Lead strategic projects for the area, such as integrating monitoring tools with ITSM.
* Track and resolve Incidents and Problems (ITSM/Ivanti/Prática).
* Define communication procedures with impacted teams and record actions in the NOC history log.
* Monitor incidents in real time, correlating events and systems (8 x 5).
* Manage configuration versioning, backups, and audits.
* Review dashboard and intelligent panel creation (Grafana, Zabbix) for both executive and technical views.
* Prepare incident reports identifying root causes and impact.
* Review implementation of new metrics and triggers based on incident analysis and trend patterns.
* Participate in, prepare for, and present at weekly Incident Management meetings.
* Review and standardize Zabbix configurations deployed across monitoring environments.
* Conduct periodic reviews of existing monitoring setups to prevent redundancies and false positives. (redundant)
* Generate insights to support operational and tactical activity management for NOC personnel.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
* Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Information Security, Computer Networks, Business or IT Management, Project Management, or related fields.
**Knowledge:**
* Fundamentals of Networks and Systems (Computer Networks and Operating Systems)
* Monitoring Tools (INFRA) and Observability (log, metric, and trace correlation)
