Let's achieve great accomplishments together!** **Talent Pool \_ Occasional Freelance Prospecting in Muriaé/MG** **Note:** Register using an e\-mail address that you regularly access (check that you have correctly typed all letters) and provide your WhatsApp contact, as these will be our means of communication. **Job location:** Muriaé/ MG **Number of vacancies:** 15 **Prospecting training date:** Will take place at the company premises (in person, on-site) with a coach responsible for the freelance prospecting team. **Days and hours for freelance service provision:** Monday to Friday\-. **Working hours:** From 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (8 hours per day with 1 hour lunch break). Lunch Break: 12:30 PM to 01:30 PM (you may bring your lunch as there is a cafeteria and all necessary facilities). **Differentiated market compensation**: **Depending on your effort, commitment, dedication, and responsibility, within** **5 days** **you can earn up to** **R$ 500.00\.** Daily allowance of R$ 80.00; \+ Bonus for goal achieved: R$ 20.00 (target will be set and agreed); \+ Transportation allowance of R$ 20.00 paid daily (or negotiable depending on commute); \+ Expense allowance of R$ 20.00 (credited only once). **You will stand out if you have:** – Completed High School; – Availability of 8h/day (Mon to Fri); – Fluency, persuasion, good communication, professionalism, friendliness, and resilience; – **Experience in call center, customer service, help desk, active and passive telemarketing, secretarial work, receptionist, customer service or sales.** **How will the freelance work be performed?** The selected prospector will receive proper training from a specialized and certified coach, as mentioned above, working on-site at the hiring store, contacting qualified leads (contacts/customers), inviting, scheduling, and confirming PREMIUM CUSTOMERS for the event taking place at the store.
