Monitoring and tracking traffic violations committed by drivers (extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to customers, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Releasing reserve vehicles. Managing and requesting documents from drivers involved in accidents and traffic incidents. Contacting third-party drivers to explain procedures. Direct communication with internal departments responsible for handling customer requests.
