Do you want to be part of something truly great and learn a great deal, in an environment guided by ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#JoinEconomart!** **What you’ll do daily:** --------------------------------- * Operate and monitor cold rooms, ensuring temperature conditions comply with safety and quality standards * Manage product intake and dispatch, organizing them efficiently and according to specifications * Periodically check cold room temperatures and record measurements in spreadsheets or systems * Control and organize inventory stored in cold rooms, ensuring no waste or contamination occurs * Identify and report any issues related to cold room operation or stored product quality * Assist in loading and unloading goods when required * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations **Therefore, we require that you have:** ----------------------------------------- * Knowledge of temperature control and perishable product storage processes * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays * Basic understanding of occupational safety and good hygiene practices **The following would be advantageous:** ----------------------------------------- * Experience handling food and perishable products * Familiarity with temperature control systems and remote cold room monitoring * Teamwork skills and strong communication ability **Work schedule:** ------------------------ 6x1 shift pattern (one day off per week and two Sundays off per month) **What you’ll find at Economart:** ------------------------------------------ * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher * Meal allowance * Breakfast and afternoon coffee * Hazard pay * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * University partnerships: up to 50% discount at select institutions * Opportunity for professional growth
