**JOB MISSION** Act as a strategic business partner, supporting leaders and teams in people management, translating organizational strategies into HR practices that drive results, engagement, and strengthen corporate culture. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Work alongside managers as an internal consultant in **people management** (leadership, performance, work climate, engagement, development, and succession). * Be guardian and promoter of the **organizational culture**, encouraging practices that reinforce desired values and behaviors. * Lead and support **recruitment and selection** processes, ensuring hires are aligned with the business and culture. * Identify and develop **succession plans**, supporting leaders in managing their talents and successors. * Conduct and support **performance and potential assessment** processes, assisting leaders in talent-related decision-making. * Support and monitor **leadership and team development** programs. * Plan and implement **employee engagement initiatives**, analyzing metrics and proposing improvements. * Ensure the application of **HR policies, processes, and practices** in compliance with legislation and company values. * Support the management of **HR metrics** (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, engagement, IDP, etc.) and propose action plans. * Facilitate **communication between departments and corporate HR**, ensuring closeness with teams and leaders. * Support initiatives related to **diversity, inclusion, and well-being**. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management or related areas will be a differentiator. * Coaching certification will be a differentiator. **Experience:** * Previous experience as an HR BP or in generalist Human Resources roles. * Experience working closely with business operations and leadership. **Technical Knowledge:** * Talent management practices, organizational development, and labor relations. * HR tools such as recruitment systems, Performance Appraisal, IDP, Succession Programs, and Engagement. * Office Suite/Excel (intermediate/advanced level). * Coaching **Behavioral Competencies:** * Ability to influence and negotiate. * Strategic thinking and business acumen. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Results-oriented with a focus on people. * Adaptability and agility. **WORK HOURS** * 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **COMPENSATION** * Salary between R$6,000 and R$8,000 + Benefits **BENEFITS** * Meal card; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Dental plan; **COMPANY INFORMATION** We have been operating for over 30 years, excelling in the production and supply of ready-mix concrete.
