




Job Summary: Our company is seeking Sales Assistants to work internally, supporting the sales department, processing orders, and ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout operational processes. We are looking for Sales Assistants to join our internal team, supporting the sales department and ensuring efficiency, organization, and security across all processes. Key Responsibilities: * Receive and process orders via telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp, and system. * Verify prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and client eligibility for purchasing controlled products. Issue invoices, bank slips, contracts, and freight bills, ensuring tax and sanitary compliance. * Provide customer support, clarifying questions regarding products, delivery timelines, and billing status. Support the external team with reports, proposals, visit roadmaps, and strategic information. * Conduct post-sales follow-up, resolving pending issues with logistics and finance. * Maintain updated registrations (corporate clients), validating documents such as Sanitary License, Operating License, and State Tax Registration. * Control samples and promotional items according to current legislation. * Anticipate potential stockouts and notify sales representatives and customers. **Requirements** * Experience with ERP systems (order entry, inventory consultation, invoice issuance). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP are **advantages**). * Experience in registration management and maintenance. * Ability to handle large volumes of product codes (EAN, references, brands, and laboratories). **Desirable:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, Marketing, or Health-related fields (Pharmacy, Nursing). * Experience as a Sales Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative. * Advantage: Experience in pharmaceutical distribution companies, hospitals, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. * CRM knowledge will be considered an **advantage.** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education:* High School (Secondary Education) * Professional Growth Opportunity * Meal Allowance: BRL 25.00 per working day * Transportation Benefit * Dental Plan * Health Insurance * Life Insurance
