Supervision of third-party vendors for joint maintenance. ### **Join Vik Tech!** ### **We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Assistant!** **Job Mission:** Maintain equipment in optimal working condition by providing priority service, performing technical maintenance, general cleaning, supervising third-party vendors when issues fall outside our scope, conducting frequent tests and inspections of safety devices, preserving visual appearance and lighting at the site, implementing solutions, and handling administrative tasks—all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction. **Position:** Technical Assistant I **Work Schedule:** 5 days on / 2 days off, with alternating days off **Work Model:** 100% on-site **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Service Area:** Macaé and Rio das Ostras **Prerequisites:** * Technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electro-electronics, or related fields; * Knowledge of computer maintenance (hardware and software); * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform operational support for equipment maintenance or part replacement, application uninstallation, and software configuration; * Supervise third-party vendors for joint maintenance. **Our Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance (VR/VA); * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance fully covered by the company; * Total Pass; * Vik Discount Club; * Birthday Day Off; Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver's License Required: B, D
