**Raiz is growing!** We are looking for a talent to develop within the **Projects** team, supporting strategic planning and focusing on project and action plan management. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor integration projects, tracking progress and contributing to timely completion of stages; * Contribute to data analysis for delivery tracking, using tools such as Power BI to generate insights that inform decision-making; * Participate in developing reports and presentations, summarizing project progress and clearly and objectively highlighting results, challenges, and recommendations; * Assist in disseminating best practices, using agile methodologies and management tools such as Jira and Trello; * Establish direct interaction with users, providing support and clarifying questions regarding the use of project management systems. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Production Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience with the **Microsoft Office Suite**, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and **Google Workspace**; * Interest in agile methodologies and activity management tools such as Jira or Trello; * Dynamic, solution-oriented, and didactic profile. **Additional information** **Learn about our benefits:** **What do we offer?** * + Internship stipend; + Pluxee Card (Meal and Food); + Transportation allowance, up to R$ 26.30 per day; + Benefits club (Discounts on universities, postgraduate programs, and language courses); + Performance cycle (Semester-based self-assessment, feedback, and Individual Development Plan); + Birthday day-off (Time off on your birthday). **Benefits provided by CIEE:** * \- SESC ID card \- valid for dependents; * + \+50 online courses with certificates; + Internship Assistance Fund (FAE); + Group life insurance.
