Liaise with employees, managers, and internal departments to align processes. Ensure adherence to labor norms and procedures applicable to the hospital network. Previous experience as an HR Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, HR Coordinator, or Training and Development Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
