




**Senior Product Owner (Maintenance, Modernization & AI)** **Location:** On-site in Pato Branco/PR (Preferred) **The Challenge:** We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the evolution of a robust SaaS platform. The challenge here is ambidexterity and resilience: you must possess forward-looking vision to drive transformation with AI and legacy modernization, while simultaneously ensuring operational excellence—managing critical incidents and acting on customer retention. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Hybrid Roadmap Management: Lead the backlog by balancing complex priorities: innovation (AI), refactoring (legacy), and maintenance (bugs/incidents). * Crisis and At-Risk Customer Management: Serve as the focal point for prioritizing demands from critical customers. Collaborate closely with the CS/CX team to prioritize fixes that prevent churn and restore confidence across the customer base. * AI-Driven Transformation: Identify opportunities and lead development of AI-powered features (GenAI/LLMs) that deliver tangible value. * Lean Mindset: Apply Lean principles to streamline both feature development and bug-fixing workflows (SLA management). * Customer-Centric Prioritization: Translate complex customer pain points and usage data into clear user stories, ensuring development solves real problems. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience as a PO/PM in SaaS/digital companies. * Practical experience in legacy system modernization and decomposition of complex architectures. * Experience managing software maintenance and production incident response. * Knowledge of conceiving or evolving products incorporating Artificial Intelligence. * Ability to negotiate under pressure (stakeholders and customers). **Preferred Qualifications** * Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Pato Branco/PR. * In-depth knowledge of omnichannel platforms. * Experience with messaging solutions (WhatsApp Business API, chatbots). * Technical background.
