Job Summary: Logistics professional to manage Transportation Requests (RTs), schedule embarkation/disembarkation, and use logistics systems to contribute to operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on operational excellence and innovation **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and manage Transportation Requests (RTs) in the client's system (issue, update, correct, cancel); * Enter embarkation and disembarkation schedules for personnel and materials into the client's internal systems and distribute them to relevant employees and departments; * Use the client's Logistics System as the primary tool for controlling and managing logistics operations, including embarkation/disembarkation, report generation, and KPI maintenance; * Populate and update all modules of the client's Logistics System used by the logistics team; * Schedule port appointments; * Issue transportation invoices (Microsiga); * Issue requests via the client's system; * Issue RTs (for the client and IOC’s) in the respective systems; * Size vehicles (trailers). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Logistics or related fields; a bachelor’s degree is a plus; * Solid experience in logistics and cargo transportation; * Experience in the O\&G market; * Basic/Intermediate Excel; * SAP (cargo RTs); * Cargo loading calculation. **Selection Process Steps** * Registration * Tests * HR Interview * Requirements Validation * Technical Interview * Hiring **Welcome to the Infotec World!** We are Infotec Brasil, a nationally recognized company specializing in service outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO), and workforce solutions.
