Responsibilities and Duties Your day-to-day will include: * Leading the organization’s Data and Artificial Intelligence strategy, with a focus on transforming the company into a data-driven organization. Establishing scalable, sustainable, and business-aligned capabilities that enable strategic use of data and AI for decision-making, innovation, and competitive advantage. * Developing and executing a comprehensive Data and AI strategy aligned with organizational priorities. * Defining high-impact AI use cases for the business. * Structuring data science and AI capabilities—including talent, tools, and organizational culture. * Advancing data engineering to support emerging techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, and Synthetic Data. * Guiding advanced analytics teams to ensure alignment among data flows, platforms, and analytical requirements. * Aligning the Data and AI talent strategy with corporate priorities, ensuring appropriate competencies to deliver measurable value. * Defining roles, skills, and training programs required to sustain a data-driven culture. * Fostering a data and AI culture across business and technology functions. * Managing budget and resources to scale AI capabilities—including data engineers, data scientists, and supporting functions. * Developing and implementing an AI upskilling program focused on different organizational personas. Requirements and Qualifications What you need: * Proven experience leading AI and data initiatives in corporate environments. * Knowledge of data architecture, machine learning, generative AI, and modern data engineering. * Ability to translate technical strategies into business value. * Capacity to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments. * Strategic vision, organizational influence, and results orientation.
