Responsibilities and duties * Responsible for CAPEX monitoring. * Responsible for opening and maintaining investment orders. * Responsible for monitoring headcount, movement reports, and time-banking records. * Responsible for preparing the annual budget and conducting joint reviews with departments. * Registration and configuration of agricultural operations. * Updating the inputs report. * Updating the fuel consumption control report. * Updating the expenses report. * Analyzing and justifying variances between "budgeted vs. actual" figures across departments, in coordination with the operations team. * Providing support and assistance to departments regarding order opening, modifications, and balance supplementation. Requirements and qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of cost calculation and budget preparation. * Familiarity with management accounting concepts. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Desirable requirements * Prior experience in controller or finance-related roles. * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI). Familiarity with SISIMA and Custag systems.
