If you want to be part of a purpose-driven company with strong values and room to grow, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and duties** **What will your activities be?** **Restocking and organization:** Ensure products are always available and properly displayed on aisles, tables, walls, floors, and shelves, restocking whenever necessary or as directed by the supervisor. **Sales area maintenance:** Keep the sales area always organized, checking that products are properly processed (hangers, alarms, labels, and prices), and making adjustments when needed such as re-pricing, reissuing labels, and verifying quantities. **Visual merchandising:** Support the application of VM concepts, contributing to the setup of window displays, wall displays, and floor arrangements, following the manual and supervisor's guidance to ensure an attractive and strategic product presentation. **Promotion of financial products:** Approach and guide customers regarding the **Caedu Card** and other **financial products and services**, presenting their benefits and encouraging sign-ups, always focusing on customer experience and satisfaction. **Customer service:** Welcome customers with friendliness, attention, and efficiency, assisting them in product selection and providing clear information about available goods and services. **Focus on satisfaction:** Act with empathy and proactivity, always seeking to resolve questions and support the supervisor in handling situations, ensuring an excellent shopping experience and strengthening customer relationships. **Requirements and qualifications** **You must definitely have:** * High school diploma completed. * Experience in sales and general customer service. * Basic Office software skills. **Additional information** **What do we offer?** Medical insurance Dental insurance Transportation allowance Profit-sharing plan (PLR) (according to internal policy) Birthday day off Discounts on Caedu products Educational partnerships Sesc membership agreement Pharmacy network agreement Gympass Telemedicine Better Motherhood Program – Support throughout the most special period in our mothers' lives.
