We are looking for a **Test Analyst** to work in the software quality area, with specific experience and knowledge in **electronic timekeeping control and working hours management systems**. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that solutions comply with business rules, labor legislation, and customers’ operational needs. **Responsibilities** * Plan, design, and execute functional and non-functional test cases related to electronic timekeeping systems. * Validate business rules related to working hours calculations, overtime, time banks, shift schedules, and tolerance policies. * Perform integration testing between timekeeping modules and other corporate systems (payroll, HR, ERP). * Automate recurring tests to improve efficiency and reduce regression defects. * Document results, evidence, and quality reports for development and management teams. * Support requirements analysis, identifying risks and proposing improvements to timekeeping control processes. **Requirements** * Previous experience as a Test Analyst or QA. * Solid knowledge of **electronic timekeeping management systems** and related labor legislation. * Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman, etc.) is desirable. * Experience in API and integration testing. * Ability to design complex test scenarios considering various shift schedules and working hour rules. **Requirements** **Education** Completed Higher Education – Systems Analysis or related field.
