Job Summary: A professional responsible for scheduling and communicating warehousing services with customers, entering schedules into the system, verifying delivery notes, and providing operational and driver support. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for scheduling and communication with customers 2. Operational support and support for drivers 3. Management and verification of scheduled delivery notes Request schedules from customers via e-mail (with spreadsheets or copies of delivery notes), telephone, or portal; Send warehousing notifications related to scheduled delivery notes; Enter confirmed schedules into the system according to their respective dates by end-of-day; Perform verification of scheduled delivery notes using reports; Provide operational and driver support regarding incidents involving scheduled customers **Benefits:** \- Medical assistance \- Dental assistance \- Transportation allowance \- Meal allowance: BRL 30.00 per day \- Food allowance: BRL 155.00 after two months of employment Work Location: Av.
