Job Summary: Procurement Analyst responsible for executing procurement processes, quotations, negotiations, and supplier management, ensuring compliance and financial support. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain supplier registration and relationships **Position: PROCUREMENT ANALYST** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with availability for overtime and travel if required. **Work Location:** Vespasiano, near the Administrative City. **Salary:** R$4.000,00 **Benefits:** transportation allowance, breakfast and lunch provided at the company, food basket, health insurance, dental insurance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute procurement processes for materials and services. * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and price comparisons. * Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries. * Maintain supplier registration and relationships. * Monitor deadlines, commercial terms, and contracts. * Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies. * Support inventory and material consumption control. * Organize and archive procurement documentation. * Support the finance department with payment information and forecasts. * Generate procurement, cost, and supplier reports. **Profile:** An organized, negotiation-savvy, and analytical professional focused on cost, delivery time, and quality, capable of executing procurement responsibilities with accountability, sound judgment, and financial awareness. Disciplined, skilled in negotiation, detail-oriented, and professionally engaged in interactions with suppliers and internal departments. Prior leadership experience is essential.
