Main responsibilities:* Transform data into insights through data analysis; * Apply best practices for data visualization and techniques and technologies for data modeling; * Identify data-reading trends that can help departments, managers, and executives make business decisions to modernize and improve organizational processes; * Program, test, validate, deploy, and monitor systems according to user requests; * Create projects/windows and filters in the company’s BI system; * Develop and participate in drafting manuals and technical documentation for computerized environments; * Provide technical support and training to users on tools, applications, and computerized systems; * Actively contribute to the development and implementation of projects within your area and department; * Respond to and resolve requests received via channels, assisting in relationship management with company users; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by your immediate supervisor. Mandatory requirements:* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields; * Prior experience in data or IT areas is desirable; * Training in SQL or BI.
