Job Summary: Support sales operations by performing data analysis, organizing commercial information, and assisting the sales team, ensuring data reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Support sales operations by monitoring orders, contracts, and commercial processes; * Perform sales data analysis, KPI tracking, and management reporting; * Update and organize commercial information in spreadsheets and systems; * Provide strategic and operational information to support the sales team; * Interface with other departments (Finance, Logistics, Billing, etc.); * Ensure organization, reliability, and up-to-date status of commercial data. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Prior experience in commercial or administrative roles; * Preferred: Knowledge or experience with TOTVS ERP system.
