Job Overview (Purpose of the Role) * Perform changeovers, adjustments, calibrations, production, and packaging of products to ensure quality. * Maintain cleanliness and order of machines. 2\. Role Scope Areas of Interaction: Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, Logistics, Printing, and Processes. Number of Direct and Indirect Reports? Reports directly to the Production Supervisor. 3\. Key Responsibilities / Activities 1\. Exchange information during shift handover regarding production status; 2\. Monitor departmental metrics/results (efficiency, scrap, cycle); 3\. Verify product correctness against the production schedule; 4\. Produce products according to customer and Quality approvals; 5\. Clean T.Cards from machines; 6\. Inspect semi\-finished product quality; 7\. Package finished products; 8\. Monitor and ensure production quality complies with standards; 9\. Guide and monitor auxiliary staff performance in task execution; 10\. Perform minor machine/equipment adjustments and inspections; 11\. Log machine incidents in the Sysprod system; 12\. Label products and track production in Sysprod; 13\. Review and complete the changeover and production checklist; 14\. Review and complete the machine cleaning checklist; 15\. Keep the workplace clean and organized; 16\. Perform job duties in accordance with the WCOM methodology; 17\. After training, perform autonomous maintenance activities: cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and minor machine repairs; 18\. Know and comply with the Integrated Policy for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety; 19\. Be aware of the Ethics Policy and adhere to it; 20\. Comply with Occupational Safety and Health regulations; 21\. Ensure implementation of the Quality Policy; 22\. Comply with the Food Safety Management System; 23\. Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices relevant to oneself and/or one’s activity or department. 4\. Key Challenges and Complexities * Perform tasks safely and with quality. 5\. Qualifications/Requirements: 6\.1 Formal Qualifications and Experience: Knowledge and Experience: * Knowledge of In\-Line Thermoforming Machines is desirable. Education and Certification: * Completed high school education. * Computer literacy. * Basic Mechanics training is a plus. 6\.2 Knowledge/Skills/Behaviors: Job\-specific competencies and skills: 1\.
