Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and maintenance of the company's technological resources, acting in both preventive and corrective capacities. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective action on hardware, networks, and systems. 2. Efficient user support for the branch office and development of routines. 3. Interface with customers and suppliers for electronic exchange of information. Responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and maintenance of the company's technological resources, acting preventively and reactively on hardware, networks, systems, communication equipment, electronic security devices, and office and back-office operational environments, thereby ensuring service continuity and efficient user support. Main Responsibilities \- Development of generic routines aimed at improving system performance and integration with other systems; \- Technical support to branch users via telephone, e\-mail, remote access, or on-site when necessary, regarding matters related to the company's Management System and microcomputing. \- Interface with Della Volpe's customers and suppliers (Electronic Data Interchange/EDI) to achieve mutual benefit. \- Creation of users for Intranet (local network) access. Customization of users by defining distinct profiles for each area/department, including internal and external users.
