Here, every Tripulante is an essential part of our journey! **We are looking for an Implementation Manager responsible for ensuring that Tripla’s implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope, with healthy margins, and high customer satisfaction — through disciplined management of projects, partners, and implementation teams.** **Key Responsibilities:** Project Management * Plan, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end implementation projects (kick-off → go-live → stabilization). * Translate commercial proposals into clear project plans, including scope, schedule, deliverables, responsibilities, and risks. * Conduct status meetings with customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring visibility, alignment, and documented decisions. * Manage risks and blockers, making timely decisions and escalating critical issues when necessary. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, scope, and budget by proactively preventing deviations. * Standardize the use of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., templates, checklists, schedules, playbooks). * Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams to ensure implementations align with platform strategy and capabilities. * Ensure delivery quality by conducting post-mortems on key projects (lessons learned, process improvements). Partner Management * Manage the portfolio of partners involved in implementation projects (consultancies, integrators, third parties). * Define, together with leadership, the partner engagement model for projects (responsibilities, SLAs, roles per phase). * Ensure partners meet deadlines, quality standards, and processes defined by Tripla. * Monitor partner performance using KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, customer satisfaction, rework, average ticket size, partner NPS). * Serve as the focal point between partners and internal departments to resolve conflicts, align expectations, and drive continuous improvement. * Support the Partnerships/Business team in selecting, evaluating, and developing new implementation partners. * Assist in creating and evolving partner playbooks, training paths, and certification programs. People Management * Lead the team of implementation analysts/coordinators, ensuring clarity around roles, priorities, and individual goals. * Conduct performance management based on objective metrics (deliverables, quality, efficiency, process adherence). * Develop the team technically (implementation methodologies, product knowledge, client business) and in soft skills (communication, negotiation, conflict resolution). * Hold regular 1:1 meetings, delivering direct, honest, and development-oriented feedback. * Ensure efficient team allocation across projects (balancing workload, complexity, and strategic priorities). * Reinforce a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with Tripla’s values. * Actively participate in hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up processes for new team members. **Requirements:** Education * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or certifications in Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2) are highly valued. Experience * Prior experience as an Implementation / Project / Professional Services Manager in a technology, software, or consulting company. * Proven track record managing multiple medium- to large-scale projects simultaneously. * Experience managing business partners / integrators / consultancies in B2B contexts. * Experience leading teams (formal or matrixed), with clearly defined goals and outcome-based accountability. Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, MS Project, or similar). * Solid understanding of agile and hybrid project methodologies. * Ability to read and understand technical documentation and integrations (APIs, basic architecture, etc.) — you don’t need to be a developer, but you must “speak the language.” * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (for tracking KPIs, resource allocation, and status updates). * Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with executive clients and technical teams. **Additional Information:** * Willingness to travel * Competitive market-aligned compensation. * Daily allowance of R$40.10 per business day. * Gympass. * Allya. * Training and certification incentives. * Birthday day off.
