Imagine yourself driving challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Supervising planning, control, and execution teams for maintenance and facilities—guiding, training, and actively supporting team members—to create a cooperative work environment focused on performance excellence and personal success across the entire portfolio. * Developing plans and monitoring service execution at the site, verifying and preparing technical reports, and negotiating delivery priorities and deadlines. * Building and monitoring the area’s annual budget, ensuring maintenance of site machinery, equipment, and buildings, managing KPIs—including mean time between failures, repair times, and availability—and analyzing, proposing actions for, and controlling business-area performance indicators. * Evaluating and developing new service providers to ensure compliance with delivery standards—including service-level agreements, schedules, and quality—as well as documenting and managing scope changes and underperformance instances. * Participating in the design and implementation of engineering solutions with the project team to guarantee maintainability and reliability requirements for new assets. * Fostering a culture of cooperation, high performance, and personal development across the entire team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of maintenance and automation management systems, performance indicators such as SAP or Prisma, and Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Presentations), plus AutoCAD or SolidWorks. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams using performance measurement tools, industrial or logistics maintenance planning, contract management, outsourced service delivery, failure analysis, and equipment criticality matrices. * Knowledge of budget planning—including zero-based budgeting, operating and capital expenditures, and asset management—as well as experience managing contracts and services for facilities and/or utilities. * Availability to work in Cajamar/SP on shift schedule. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The chance to be the protagonist of your own development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge sharing with outstanding professionals and specialists. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything you need for a great experience. :) Mercado Livre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for payment.
