Job Summary: A TIC (Information and Communication Technology) support professional focused on resolving complex problems, acting as a technical intermediary, and ensuring excellence in service delivery and solution implementation. Developing, updating, and approving with the TRIBUNAL documentation containing technical standards and procedures for handling requests; ii. Training on-site support staff to ensure compliance with newly created or updated documentation; iii. Collaborating with the curation team to ensure the knowledge base remains up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the TRIBUNAL’s needs; iv. Performing periodic audits of documentation, identifying and implementing improvements, and maintaining the knowledge base’s quality standards. * Ensuring achievement and maintenance of appropriate service levels: i) Executing activities outlined in Annex III – Remote and On-site Support compatible with the professional profile; * Providing support via tickets opened in the TRIBUNAL’s ITSM tool; * Providing updates on request status whenever requested; * Proactively conducting periodic analyses to diagnose recurring incidents; * Following all scripts and manuals formally established by the TRIBUNAL; * Performing tasks of similar nature and complexity compatible with the position. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in TIC technical support, evidenced by CTPS or signed employment contracts. * Adaptability * Ability to document support solutions * Clear and effective communication (oral and written) * Willingness to learn new technologies * Documentation skills * Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems under stress * Patience * Proactivity **Requirements and Qualifications** * At least one of the following in the TIC field: * Completed secondary-level technical course * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (minimum 50% completed) * Completed postgraduate degree (Lato Sensu or Stricto Sensu) * HDI Desktop Support Technician certification * At least one of the following certifications: * CompTIA A+ Core 1 (220-1101) or its successor * CompTIA A+ Core 2 (220-1102) or its successor * Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or equivalent (subject to TRIBUNAL evaluation and approval) * ITIL Foundation with minimum 10 hours of instruction * LGPD training focused on the public sector, minimum 15 hours of instruction * Basic network configuration * Hardware – Technical English * Computer assembly * Information security practices * Windows 10 or later operating system **Additional Information** We highly value our employees and therefore offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote well-being, security, and quality of life, including: Salary: BRL 7.487,05 Transportation Allowance – Daily commuting assistance between residence and workplace.
