We thrive on challenges, are guided by innovation, and are committed to delivering **high-impact solutions**, every single day. **About the opportunity:** You will join a squad focused on credit recovery solutions and contribute to developing and maintaining solutions that directly impact the financial lives of thousands of people. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Analyzing and implementing technical improvements to partner integrations; * Supporting technical/product leadership in product maintenance—including metrics and logs; * Monitoring partner operations and proposing solutions to enhance integration performance; * Aligning and escalating incidents to other squads; * Developing new integrations with partners. **What you need:** * Proven experience in Python development; * Experience with the FastAPI framework; * Proficiency in developing and integrating web applications—including REST APIs, HTTP calls, and JSON mapping; * Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., SQS, SNS, etc.); * Experience with microservices architecture deployed on cloud platforms (AWS); * Strong skills in unit and integration testing; * Knowledge of distributed systems; * Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Observability using Datadog.
