Job Summary: A pizzeria is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare ingredients, assist in dish preparation, maintain kitchen organization, and comply with hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Will keep the kitchen clean and organized The pizzeria seeks a Kitchen Assistant professional in Matozinhos (Floresta). **Responsibilities:** Prepare ingredients, such as cutting vegetables, meats, and sauces. Assist in assembling and preparing pizzas and other dishes. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including utensils and equipment. Monitor ingredient inventory and report necessary restocking. Comply with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good food handling practices. Support pizzaiolos and chefs in daily production. Assist in proper food packaging and storage. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
