The Work Psychologist is responsible for promoting, preserving, and strengthening the emotional and psychological well-being of employees in the corporate environment, acting preventively, strategically, and humanely. Their work focuses on identifying, analyzing, and intervening in psychosocial factors that impact mental health, professional performance, and the quality of workplace relationships. They conduct psychological assessments and organizational diagnostics, monitoring aspects such as occupational stress, workload overload, interpersonal conflicts, harassment, pressure to meet targets, absenteeism, and turnover. They implement preventive actions and mental health programs aligned with Occupational Health and Safety guidelines and legal requirements, such as NR-01 and Occupational Risk Management (GRO). They advise and support employees and managers on emotional, behavioral, and relational issues, contributing to improved organizational climate, strengthened communication, team engagement, and increased productivity in a healthy and sustainable manner. The Fuel Station Manager is primarily responsible for the complete and strategic management of the unit.
