As a Data Analyst, you won’t just build dashboards — you’ll transform data into strategic insights, support critical business decisions, and collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional departments. What You’ll Do Daily: * Develop and maintain managerial dashboards and reports for various departments; * Understand business needs and translate them into clear indicators and visualizations; * Ensure data consistency, reliability, and timeliness; * Support stakeholders in defining metrics and KPIs; * Conduct exploratory analyses to identify trends and opportunities; * Document reports, dashboards, and business rules; * Work closely with the data engineering team to validate and consume datasets. What We Expect From You: * Experience with BI & Visualization Tools: Looker Studio (mandatory), Power BI (a plus), best practices in dashboard design (data UX, data storytelling) * Experience with Databases & Languages: SQL (queries and dataset modeling for dashboards), foundational knowledge of dimensional modeling (star schema, facts and dimensions) * Experience with Integrations & Data Sources: Connections to BigQuery (datasets and views), relational databases (MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), APIs, and pre-built connectors (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, ERP) * Experience with Methodologies & Best Practices: Git/GitHub (query and documentation versioning), metric standardization, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), technical English (documentation reading) Here at allu, PJ contracts come with special perks!
