The professional will be primarily responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents—addressing root causes directly and proposing continuous improvements. They will ensure smooth system operation by resolving incidents and implementing corrective improvements swiftly and effectively. **Your Responsibilities:** Diagnose and resolve critical bugs and production incidents with urgency. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of complex issues, proposing definitive—not merely temporary—solutions. Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Kanban) for demand management. Ensure code quality in fixes (test coverage, best practices).
