




Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling fleet maintenance, managing service orders, and monitoring deadline compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of technical and managerial reports **MAINTENANCE CONTROLLER** **Location:** Cinquentenário\-BH **Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive fleet maintenance. * Create, track, and close service orders (SOs), ensuring complete and accurate records. * Ensure adherence to maintenance plans within defined deadlines. * Monitor budgets, approvals, and execution of internal and external services. * Control procurement of parts, filters, oils, and materials required for maintenance. * Monitor technical support requests and manage SLA compliance. * Prepare technical and managerial reports to support decision-making by coordination and management teams. * Conduct machine entry and exit checklists at the workshop. * Track pending items, inspections, and manufacturer technical campaigns. * Maintain organization and accuracy of system data (ERP / Sisloc or similar). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Technical studies in progress * Experience with Excel * Flexible working hours * Proven experience in this role * Familiarity with parts catalogs and equipment manuals. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, banked hours system, 60 days **Salary:** R$ 2\.500 **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance (R$ 23.00\), * Transportation allowance, Fuel assistance, * Medical assistance (Unimed), * Dental assistance (Bradesco Seguros), * Life insurance, * Total Pass, * Pharmacy assistance.
