You will work in a dynamic environment leveraging cutting-edge technology, applying sound engineering practices, proprietary AI models, and continuous learning—all aimed at democratizing e-commerce and financial services across Latin America. Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, and being responsible for: * Analyzing and developing new features focused on traffic management, delivering significant impact across multi-tiered services. * Defining and building, together with specialized teams, services oriented toward infrastructure resource virtualization. * Maintaining production systems, supporting customer-facing teams in bug resolution and environment sustainment. * Supporting developers in adopting and utilizing the platform, promoting best usage practices. * Contributing to the team's technical growth, elevating code quality and methodologies, ensuring scalability, and identifying user needs to propose continuous evolutions and strategic improvements. **What We’re Looking For:** * Demonstrated strong learning ability and technological curiosity. * Solid experience in Java (Spring Boot) development and the API/microservices ecosystem; knowledge of Go, NodeJS, or Python is a plus. * Mastery of system architecture and cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or OCI; experience with relational and NoSQL databases. * Proficient use of observability and monitoring tools like DataDog, New Relic, and Grafana to ensure application health. * Clear and empathetic communication across multiple teams and countries; Spanish proficiency is a plus, and availability for occasional critical-window shifts (3 AM to 6 AM) is required. **Are You Excited to Leave Your Mark on Latin America’s Technology Landscape?** Apply now and join our purpose!
