* MANDATORY: Driver's license and personal vehicle. * Conduct home nursing visits, always observing: workplace organization, availability of necessary supplies, functionality of equipment, proper use of uniforms and protective clothing, cleanliness, and quality of nursing care provided to patients and their families; * Systematize nursing care; * Provide direct patient care, performing procedures exclusive to registered nurses; * Lead the nursing technician team in delivering care to patients, monitoring and supervising daily activities at the patient’s home; * Monitor and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Welcome patients and their families at home, providing guidance and clarifications; * Schedule and administer prescribed medications; * Establish priorities and guide the team on maintaining high-quality nursing care at home; * Record nursing history, daily progress notes, and medical prescriptions in the patient’s electronic medical record (EMR); * Report incidents and patient progress at home to the coordinating nurse; * Monitor, supervise, and report adverse events; * Monitor medication and supply usage and availability at the patient’s home. * Maintain communication with professionals from other departments, as needed, to align processes and procedures; * Follow and monitor implementation of the standard operating procedure (SOP), suggesting process improvements where possible; * Participate regularly in nursing team meetings; * Plan improvement initiatives by identifying needs and establishing resolution priorities; * Train and conduct on-site training sessions for nursing service providers at patients’ homes; * Verify usage and functionality of home-based equipment; request maintenance or repairs whenever necessary to ensure optimal operational conditions; * Comply with all applicable company-established norms, procedures, or work instructions, as well as current legislation, relevant to your area of responsibility.
