We are looking for a Pedagogical Coordinator to lead the educational operations of Escola do Futuro.
This person will be responsible for ensuring pedagogical excellence, continuous improvement of teaching processes, and a consistent experience for students, families, and teachers.
**Responsibilities**
* Pedagogical management and academic quality
* Implement and monitor pedagogical planning, calendars, learning pathways, goals, and learning indicators.
* Ensure effective implementation of the methodology (project-based learning, competencies, and modern pedagogical practices).
* Conduct classroom observation routines, provide structured follow-up and feedback to teachers.
* Monitor and improve student retention, attendance, satisfaction, and performance indicators.
* Lead the team of teachers and facilitators, promoting a high-performance culture and continuous development.
* Conduct integration/onboarding of new faculty members.
* Identify training needs and conduct pedagogical training sessions (planning, classroom management, mediation, assessment, etc.).
* Maintain a positive school climate, engagement, communication, and academic discipline.
* Guarantee an excellent experience for students and their guardians, focusing on the learning journey and outcomes.
* Participate in parent/guardian meetings when necessary and support strategies to reduce churn.
* Proactively manage classroom challenges, conflicts, and pedagogical interventions.
* Organization, processes, and continuous improvement
* Structure, document, and refine routines: pedagogical records, class monitoring, material standardization, and controls.
* Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to sustain growth with quality.
* Generate monitoring reports (pedagogical and operational indicators) and propose corrective actions.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree (Pedagogy, Languages, Psychology, teacher education programs, or related fields).
* Experience in pedagogical coordination, teacher leadership, or academic management.
* Experience with active methodologies, project-based learning, socioemotional competencies, and/or innovative education.
* Strong communication skills with teachers, students, and families.
* Organizational skills and ability to manage routines and indicators.
* Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with bilingual programs, language schools, or complementary child and youth education.
* Knowledge of competency-based assessment.

**Work Model**
* On-site (with flexibility depending on unit/routine).
* Availability to work during class hours (including late afternoons/evenings and occasionally on Saturdays).

Salary: R$3\.500,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month
