This professional ensures vehicles comply with regulatory weight limits, contributing to road safety and adherence to traffic and transportation regulations. * Operate and monitor vehicle weighing scales, recording and controlling weight data in accordance with current regulations. * Conduct vehicle screening to identify those requiring weighing and direct them appropriately. * Ensure overweight vehicles are referred for corrective action or compliance with applicable regulations. * Maintain updated weighing records, with proper documentation of all transactions. * Provide information on permitted weight limits and traffic rules guidance to drivers upon request. * Monitor and maintain scale integrity by performing periodic functional checks. * Record any irregularities, technical issues, or incidents related to the weighing process. * Keep the weighing area clean, organized, and safe for drivers and operations. * Collaborate with other departments of the concessionaire to ensure compliant vehicles are released efficiently and safely. * Comply with applicable occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education. Desirable experience in weighing operations or knowledge of weighing systems and equipment. **Additional Information** On-site work at highway plazas; Work schedule: Shift-based (2 days on / 2 days off). Way-153, located between Minas Gerais and Goiás, is jointly controlled by Grupo Way Brasil and Kinea—a specialized investment management platform partnered with Banco Itaú, with expertise across various business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364. **Way-306** The Concessionaire of MS-306 Highway S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** The Concessionaire of Eastern MS Highways S.A. manages the concession of MS-112 and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia—a distance of 200.5 kilometers. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment extends from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge—a distance of 18.10 kilometers—crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** The Concessionaire of BR-262 MG Highway S.A. manages the BR-262 concession, covering a stretch beginning at km 360+100—the junction with BR-381 in Betim—to km 799—the junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—for a total length of 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way-153** – Rota Sertaneja MG-GO Concessionaire manages 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned stretch begins on BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) and extends to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG—from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG—from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to the junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the following cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way-364** – BR-364 MT Highway Concessionaire S.A., a company of Grupo Way Brasil, assumed responsibility for 30 years for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway segments. The federal concession is a project implemented across Mato Grosso and Goiás States, encompassing the city of Rondonópolis/MT—located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the second-highest GDP in the state. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364—highways transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
